Retreat Terms & Conditions 

1) Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of $800 is required to reserve your spot.

• The remaining balance is due by July 5th, 2026 (“Paid-in-Full Deadline”).

• Failure to pay by the Paid-in-Full Deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of the deposit.

2) Participant Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 180+ Days Before Start (≥ Six Months): If you cancel on or before April 5th, 2026, your payments (including deposit) are refundable only if we are able to fill your spot with a new participant who registers and pays in full. If we fill your spot, we will refund amounts paid minus a $500 administrative/processing fee within 30 days of the replacement’s payment clearing.

• Under Six Months (< 180 Days): If you cancel after April 5th, 2026, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether we are able to fill your spot.

• After Paid-in-Full Deadline: Once your balance is paid in full, all payments are non-refundable.

• Transfers: You may request to transfer your booking to another person you find on or before July 5th, 2026 (typically the Paid-in-Full Deadline). Transfers require written approval and a $200 administrative fee. We are not obligated to accept transfers after the cutoff.

3) Organizer Cancellation or Material Change
If we cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of amounts paid to us. We are not responsible for any additional costs you incur (e.g., airfare, visas, insurance, or other travel expenses).

4) Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds or compensation where cancellation, delay, or changes are caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health events, strikes, governmental actions). If practicable, we may offer to transfer your payment to a rescheduled date or provide a credit, less any unrecoverable costs.

5) Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and baggage. It is your responsibility to secure coverage that meets your needs.

6) Health, Risk & Conduct
By registering, you confirm you are fit to participate and assume all inherent risks. We may remove any participant for unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.

7) Photography & Media Release
By attending, you grant permission to use photos/video taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, notify us in writing before the retreat begins.
