• Gluten-free orzo
• Shallot + garlic
• Frozen peas + spinach
• Lemon juice + zest 🍋
• Parmesan
• Hale Bone Broth (2 cups)
oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, olive oil
👩🍳 HOW TO
Brown sausage → set aside
Sauté shallot + garlic
Toast orzo + spices
Add Hale Bone Broth + water → simmer
Stir in peas, spinach, lemon, parm
Add sausage back in → DONE
