Our original HALE bone broth with the added benefit of lions mane mushrooms sourced from McGuire’s Mushrooms, a family operated, local farm run out of Hingham, MA. A noteworthy component in lion’s mane is beta-glycans, a type of fiber known for its immune boosting and cholesterol-lowering properties. How it works:
Drink 4 cups of HALE Bone Broth per day. Supplement with celery juicy over the three days. Drink the celery juice first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. We recommend drinking plenty of water - at least half of your body weight in ounces.
